I couldn’t find anything CarPlay related in the built in shortcuts app. Can you share the details?

How well does it perform? I have a MacBook Air 2013 that I run Arch on but I miss all the apple ecosystem stuff. I can’t imagine it runs as well as Linux which runs great.

I too like CarPlay and see no need for a wireless version. I like to charge my phone. My only gripe is there should be an option to turn off Wi-Fi when you plug into the car. Every time I get in the car, start a song, drive away, 30 seconds

If they did it would prevent things like coffee shop tunnels. All you need is for someone to go to an Apple Store guns blazing to steal phones and they would know full well they could have prevented that. Also people get mugged all the tim

In the last 10 years I haven’t had a single contract dealing with a windows server. Im sure that someone somewhere does indeed use it. But it’s gotta be 90%+ now a days Linux.

I agree. Last gaming PC I built was 2002. Decided to give the deck a whirl and I’m amazed by it. Playing octopath traveler 2 right now. Even though it has Denuvo antitamper I’ve had 0 issue. Put steam in offline mode and went on a plane an

Any concerns about sending code directly to a third party? I’m very hesitant to use any tool that is sending my assets to the cloud to be used who knows how.

I was always interested why Dolphin (wii and GameCube) emulator would chug on the steam deck. Very frequent single digit fps drops. My 2013 MacBook Air on Linux plays with 0 drops.
