   Lovely project! A little trick against the smudging with some paper is to apply a thin layer of hairspray to the page after plotting/printing and then letting it dry for a bit. We do this for riso prints at our universities printshop.

   Sadly, this article is plain wrong. I've been working in the gov. IT sector in switzerland and reading the headline and article gives a false impression. The aforementioned law EMBAG does not mandate the use of open source software. Wh
