Afaik they are emulating, which you can do on macOS too. Still great that it works with Linux

Yes. Haven’t tried those games, but on apple silicon whisky app emulates with gameporting toolkit + wine/proton. For intel silicon I think it was also possible but not sure.

But that’s not arm on x86 is it? My understanding was that it ‘just’ enables things to work on unsupported intel macs, by enabling stuff that still works on newer Intel Macs.

Mmmh, trying my recent test prompts, still pretty shit. F.e. whereas midjourney or SD do not have a problem to create a pencil sketch, with this model (pro), it always looks more like a black and white photograph or digital illustration or

from a personal and social perspective, I see nothing wrong with it. In fact, even in the EU we still ahve a lot of BS startups. We imo need more sustainable businesses, that value actual societal value/value to consumers or businesses
