Good postmortem from BB. Crappy situation for them to have to be in since it was all Adobe's fault, but I think they handled it well. They didn't off-load problem-solving to Adobe, but made it clear what the root cause of the bzvo

Looking through the slides referenced, this only seems possible/reasonable due to the styles being applied using React's DOM manipulation engine. Perhaps that's assumable, but recommending this path seems pretty dangerous wit

It is IE12 with non of the legacy IE support. Their talk of update speed suggests it'll resemble Chrome and Firefox in terms of updates.

Not entirely. Metro IE browser was still using the base IE11 rendering engine at its core. Microsoft Edge has a new rendering engine without all of the legacy support nonsense. http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2015/01&#x
