The title is link bait but I really don't think there are that many teams making good money on any of the app stores. >20,000 to 70,000 Euros per Windows Phone application ... is not bad at all! >there's no reason why three smart pe

In Romania a lot of the laptops come with FreeDOS so there is no Windows tax. Of course, these are usually the cheapest ones since it's expected that people will install pirated Windows. Although they come with FreeDOS, this is not a signal

The OP's argument is precisely about the fact that they shouldn't provide any ISO at all! Just make sure your ultrabook is Ubuntu-certified or something and let people install the official version.

The NSA probably has "dossiers" on the whole world. For example, in order to get an US Visa from the embassy they take your fingerprints. Your visa form also has a lot of data. At least that has to be centralized somewhere. Add your online

I don't see how paying for VPN or Usenet helps. First, you are basically replacing the ISP with the VPN / Usenet provider -- your entire traffic goes through them! If the ISP has to follow some given law, what makes you think the VPN/Usenet

Austria is actually on my list of countries to move to. And Vienna was the best place to live for many years in the Mercer survey. Where do I read more about these things that are wrong with Austria?

I think it's too expensive to be a good choice in any country, especially India where I assume it will cost even more than in the US. I assume you are selling some software solution to your customers and they also need hardware to run it. I

You are reading too much into what I've said. The book itself seems interesting because of all the hype about it. But if I say I won't read it because it's not in the format I want it that suggests how important it really is to me, ie. not
