At least in the apartments I have been living in the last couple of years you can always choose to have a charger. For older buildings in e.g. Stockholm city center there could be a lack of available parking spaces in the building.

Yes, agree that there is a difference. Regarding Sweden, it seems like all patients in ICU are intubated. An explanation might be that because of the low number of ICU beds in Sweden only people deemed to have a fair chance of survival is a

I will try to find a source, but AFAIK (and checked with a doctor) only patients that need intubation currently get ICU treatment in Sweden.
