This is awesome! As an enthusiast of 3D graphics, I appreciate how clean and easy to read the source is. We have very few examples of how the graphics pipeline works in code, tinyrenderer [1] by ssloy being one of the most famous and easy t

I think in this case we could argue that Activision Blizzard is an American company and it is obliged to follow U.S. trade laws, but not Chinese laws. A trade embargo is also something that multiple countries agree and abide to, so it can&#

If I am not wrong, the situation in Iran/Syria was due to sanctions imposed by the U.S. government, not by censorship demanded by those countries. See the recent situation with Adobe and Venezuela for something similar going on.

Great write-up! It's very interesting to see how one actually goes around making a game in such short time. I have been doing computer graphics stuff as a hobby for some years, and I know your pain when it comes to OpenGL shenanigans.

To be honest, Cormen et Al. is an actual introductory book. While it is humongous, it covers all of the basic math, logic and algorithms you see in the first 2 or 3 years of an computer science undergraduate course. It is an introduction in

If it comes down to Chrome or Safari, I will gladly use Chrome. Safari is far too wonky for me, and whenever I tried using it, I always had bad experiences. Google might be evil-ish, but I find their ecosystem far more pleasant than Apple&#
