Time zones can have any granularity desired. Most are 1 hour, several are 30 minutes (including in India and Australia), and a few are 45 minutes (in New Zealand, for example). There’s no rule though about granularity though.

Are you serious? She brought her DSLR onto the campus and practically interviewed her dad. My guess is that he knew 100% what she was doing, thought that telling her “no” would have caused a bigger issue than “letting it be”...and was wrong

My understanding is that NSA considers classified data that has been encrypted using a suitable cipher/key to be unclassified and suitable for transmission on unsecure systems/networks.

It looks to be from a VHS tape. Also, a Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR)/Flight Data Recorder (FDR) would likely be setup to record in a loop. You can do that with magnetic tape, but not in the configure it appears to be in. I'll try
