Google assistant can do that. I asked it in Allo "what's my dog's name?" It then asked me what my dog's name was, and now can respond to that question whether I ask in Allo or through Google home.

I really don't think GAE is comparable to AWS in that way. GAE offers "platform as a service," where the actual infrastructure (e.g. configuring actual servers, virtual or otherwise) is abstracted away from you as a customer

There's an option to donate when you download the .iso, so I suppose you could just do that and then uninstall the Amazon stuff.
