to be a Telco at scale you need dedicated spectrum allocation which is seldom auctioned by the government at super high price so this is definitively what this is. it uses CBRS Spectrum which is dynamically allocated per site and the gover

cross linking stops the progression but does not fix your vision. went through cornea transplant 20 years ago and it has been great since with a rather quick recovery. had a few episodes of rejection at the beginning but since I use Restasi

If it is the case it seems out of context to refer to this severance benefit as COBRA as it is my understanding this program has been specifically designed by Congress to force employers to offer the "opportunity" for the separate
