   The real issue to me is that normally the seller pays for the buyer agent as well. This creates a few problems: 1-The buyer will get an agent even if they don't think it's very useful, since they don't pay for it 2-The buyer

   What makes this illegal exactly? Say I stop using Google Analytics and just collect user data and store it in a DB on AWS. Would that be compliant?
