Are you instead claiming complete incompetence on part of the Pakistani army? Of course we knew he was there. My fellow Pakistanis really need to realize that we are a pariah state instead of claiming ignorance or victimization.

In the US, the best example is in California. To get the California Olive Oil Council stamp of extra virgin quality, you must have your oil tasted by the government body. I'm one of such tasters :)

They usually do teach you to read Arabic, which is mostly the same script as Urdu. But you don't understand what you're reading which doesn't really make it any better.

This sounds like something I could see myself using over dull Google forms - can I iframe it too? Very pretty design btw

Why the fuck was this built on Bahawalpur? I'm so frustrated at Pakistan's inability to not fuck things up :( years it's been. Years of frustration. Disappointments. Disillusionment. Sigh :(

I personally don't think partition was a good idea but give me a fucking break with this Hindu-nationalist view that Muslims were the "original colonizers" of India. Most Islamic empires in India Indianized rapidly, adopting

Seconded! Pakistani living in the States. Have been pulled over by cops many times at night because they're bored and/or want a bribe. Bribed a guy to get my passport made. Corrupt ranger tried to squeeze cash out of my dad's

I think his point was that olive oil when done right is a result of crushing fruit. The bastardization of that product is a travesty but it is still possible to get the real stuff.

As a Pakistani and American, I am upset, astonished, excited, conflicted. The Pakistani team was already looking pretty bad coming into this World Cup. Sigh

This is the most ridiculous take I've seen all year. South Asia is an established geographical-cultural term that includes the two largest countries in Southern Asia - India and Pakistan.

Incredible read. I'm a trained olive oil panelist and the olive oil community has always made very strong claims on the evil of seed oils and he benefits of olive oil. The question I still have is: is olive oil healthier than seed oils

The division of the subcontinent was one the greatest calamities of our collective humanity. I don't think I'll ever be able to not look at the Empire in disdain, even if it's a crumbling shadow today.
