In GER, if you didnt studied, you literally wont get any chance of getting responsible Work. For Government and large Companies, you will come hardly over 1st/2nd/3rd Level Support. The famous german Apprenticeship gets worthless,

We use https://www.manageengine.com/ Up to 5 Technicians it is free, Knowledgebase, Tickets and Projects can be combined. But with about 100 Colleagues it is a little bit oversized bc actually designed for larger help desk
