Just keep all your funds in online crypto exchanges and bounce transactions through mixers. You'll have the zero protections you desire.

There's a small silver lining in that you can set hard power limits in the bios and amd claims it's still ~15% faster when limited to 105w. It would be nice if they just left it at that but it makes them look worse in benchmarks a

I mean sure, but you can't see signal quality at 1gb/s without a scope capable of much higher rates (you need at least a few points in each period). Short of muxing together several fpgas and hand picking components, you straight

Are you implying that the silicon somehow has a shorter lifetime due to the presence of an interposer layer? Or is this a way of saying you think cpus are going to become more powerful at a faster rate?

Besides the obvious 2 to 3 transition, cpython has obsoleted or renamed stdlib modules several times between 3.x versions. For example, the collections.abc change causes several common Linux bits to break if you change the system default to

Performance wise, the best one I've tried is Splashtop which is also free for personal use on a lan. Business pricing is pretty cheap imo as well. I used it to remote into a machine ~3k miles away (different country) and didn't no

The Intel oneapi hpc toolkit (now free for commercial use too) has plugins for Visual Studio that are updated regularly. Full support in vs2019, about 90% works in vs2022. Of course you miss out on some of the most modern features like pred

Somewhere around there is when python changed the collections.abc stdlib naming convention from a warning to a fatal error. This means that code could work fine in 3.8 ish and refuse to run on 3.9+.

Ehh, I wouldn't put too much stock in graphs of "relative performance" on a 0-200 scale like these. Marketing can cook up whatever they like when they want to make a product look good. Wait for actual benchmarks before trying

This is not true at all unless you're only referring to commodity applications. There's no preexisting model for general regression or seq to seq, for instance. You can say, oh, that's a good fit for an LSTM, but you still ne

Looks like the h100 doesn't have a release date let alone a price. There are also some applications that don't scale well on a gpu (lots of interdependence) which could still benefit greatly from hbm on a cpu. Although deep learni

It isn't that important, the website just tries to make it seem that way. It's useful, but there were already models to estimate boundary layer turbulence. This is just a better approximation.

No. This is a better approximation for boundary layer turbulence, it's not a golden equation. Better approximations for annoying problems in fluid dynamics are published quite often. I think has plenty of practical use though, I'l

If your personal vandetta is strong enough, you could represent yourself and only pay a few hundred in filing and court fees. It's fairly common to do that in small claims court so the judges are used to shmucks. And I would be shocked

So I know that currently they use electron, but I vaguely recall them working on a fork of electron to replace chromium etc. across all their products (edge, code, others?). I can't seem to find public references to it related to code,

Yes I'm aware that they currently use stock electron, I was referring to earlier development. Maybe like 2015 or so. Could be mistaken, I'm not sure that work was ever published.

As far as I recall, VSCode had to fork electron in order to make it acceptably performant. The team tried to use stock electron but the performance was not good. And they're probably going to move to because electron is still slow and

It's actually not too bad to order custom pcbs now ($10 or less), but you do get raked over the coals if you need quality components in small quantities. Individual bulk caps can be several dollars.

C# does not allow generic custom operators, F# does, C doesn't, C++ does, several lisps do, but it's certainly not a common language feature. In C# you can overload most of the normal operators, but you can't, for example, de

F# does allow custom infix operators, but of course prefix + piping is generally cleaner. Only time I've used custom infix are for implementing a "null coalesce" operator and for overloading math ops for vectors and matrices.

You could try the compression options for 7z, not sure if they would help in your case since I don't know the defaults off hand. Here's an example from the man page. > ... | 7z a -si -m0=lzma -mx=9 -mfb=64 -md=32m https:/

If you're really that sensitive to size, may want to try 7z. I can usually get a few % smaller archive sizes than xz with faster decompression to boot. Of course then you might need to install a 7z lib which could be an issue.
