Curious question. How they could encrypt this information when managers at help desks in the hotels need that information, say, for verification? Isn't it steal password from temporary worker will be super easy anyway?

That doesn't make sense to use GKE for this. Eventually you will just have bunch of VMS that run only your DB (since you need to avoid interference of other workloads) and there are no support for multi DC mode... And what benefits? Re

Plugin is not deprecated, sure, but it doesn't do static style extraction: `This plugin adds support for server-side rendering, minification of styles, and a nicer debugging experience.`

Not sure about your stack, but styled-components declared it as deprecated and babel-plugin-styled-components page doesn't show anything about static style extractions. I think it depends on your requirements, we have a messaging app a

We have built our own jsxstyle-like library and we got about 10-100x improvement. It is really super fast since all your layout is compiled to a simple divs with a classNames whenever possible (almost always) and it became zero-runtime styl

CSS in JS turned into a nightmare in our project once we decided to make it fast. CSS in JS usually do next things for each component mount: 1) Parse CSS 2) Hash styles object 3) Serizlize and auto-prefix CSS back (or just write to StyleShe

No, this is just say a list of messages, not that much of data. We tried to move to pg-native, but it didn't help. Problem was in Sequelize. But in my internal tests even Sequelize was the fastest library on the market.

I mean we have built a nice ORM for FoundationDB, but eventually we found several bugs in it and we just didn't write to our indexes correctly or put several indexes in the same subspace. Then we started to migrate our data (we were so

We have moved to FDB for our messaging platform. We had several options: a) Rewrite SQL code. In our case we are using Node.JS and all SQL libraries are very very slow. Even replacing one with another is enormous work. b) Rewrite to a new l

We are actually spend two weeks rewriting our code from SQL to FoundationDB (we have built our own simple ORM). One of the huge problems is a lack of consistency constraints. Since during development data make became broken in various ways

Release time from concept is probably ~4 years. Factories might start to be able to build notched screens earlier. There is a chance that other vendors just got an access to early version of notched screens technology.
