While this is probably to early, the question of AI rights is one we have to answer in the foreseeable future. I hope we as humanity will do it right and I am a little scared this dismissive attitude will carry over.

You can. Today I learned how. You just have to press Shift+F10 to access the console when it asks you to connect to a network and then enter 'OOBE\BYPASSNRO'. That is all. To skip the security questions set no password initially a

Have you looked into the digimend project (digimend.github.io)? They have drivers for a bunch of non-wacom tablets (including Huion) and provide tools and to make it easier to write new ones.

How is that? There are still plenty of devices with USB A/Headphone jack available. Apple devices are far from the "whole market".

If the probabilities are reproducible it is still science I would say. Take quantum mechanics for example. It can not predict what exactly is going to happen, only how likely each outcome would be.

Why do you think contraction "just cannot work"? I think nobody really believes technology will not be part of the solution. Rather the question is if just technology will be able to solve the problem. edit: added question mark

There is some problem in competitive systems that somebody will have an advantage over you once you tax these externalities. For this to work you would need the world (or a big enough part of it) to cooperate on this issue.

I would say this is true for any dictatorship or even some authoritarian regimes. How is it related specifically to communism? Full disclosure: I am a communist.

Virtuos does not mean effective. I am of the opinion that we should have a democratic government that is able to spend some of their citizens money on projects deemed worthwile. This is how public schools are funded in my country and I like

I bought a Huawei and while I am overall happy about the phone I am sad that the bootloader is locked. They used to hand out unlock codes but not anymore. It feels like I do not really own the phone now. I am completely at Huaweis mercy in

I would like that we have an Industry Wiki were for industrial processes the basic structure, context and specific implementations are described. If we had a collaborative economy this would be so cool!

There is an alternative. Consumers (or government) in the UK could demand more ecologically produced goods to lower their emissions. Of course that would be more expensive but no involvement in policy of other nations is required for that.
