I went through to the actual report ( http://www.transportenvironment.org/sites/te/files/publicati... ) and found an infographic (figure 8) that shows some of the methods manufacturers can use to defeat tests.

It looks like it would be really awesome to have, but I have a feeling that it's going to be much more expensive than the current iPads. If that's the case, it almost makes more sense to buy a Surface Pro 3.

No the original commenter, but is PE looking for any maintenance help? I certainly don't mind doing things like issue tracking, documentation, etc.

If so then I don't see the problem. However, the document reads as if this is an agreement for photographers working for the media. But in that case isn't the photographer paid for the photos by the group publishing the photos?

hey nirkalimi, I'm one of the maintainers of Chart.js. I know of a previous issue where the behaviour you described occurred on devices with window.devicePixelRatio greater than 1. Your JS fiddle didn't reproduce on my machine and

The broadcast channel support looks promising. Does anyone know if Chrome plans to support it in the future?

I think it would be pretty mean spirited of the USB-IF to go after open source hardware projects. It's not like these are projects that will be earning someone money. Unfortunately, lawyers will probably get overzealous.

Except if you're somewhere where it does matter. Take Canada for instance, you cannot call yourself an engineer without being a licensed Professional Engineer.

I agree that the patent system is broken. I'm wondering what exactly about the manipulation is patentable given that the manipulations could happen randomly in nature. I was hoping daughart could provide his arguments as someone who wo

One big problem is that the union that represents contract faculty also represents graduate students and for the most part isn't taken seriously by the general public. For example, I saw an ad from the union at York University calling

I'm a programmer not a designer but here's my $.02. As a user I like the flat UI concept not because of the flatness, but because of the colours. I'm tired of looking at grey all day and these provide a welcome change.

I like this idea in theory. the rectangle the example is a good one that I've personally tripped over before. That being said, this could hurt readability in some cases as single lines of code are going to get larger, especially with l
