A story of mustard, a Russian, and a feeble pansy boy: I once got the bright idea to challenge my friend who often irritated me with his imperviousness to what should be apocalyptic things. I proposed, in a state of misguided confidence, to

Clearly you've been reared on American bleach, for which I beg your pardon. French bleach is an entirely different experience, approximate to most US wines. Although more serious cleaning jobs typically demand a good name-brand bleach,

The article was published in 10-2019. The only reference to 'mg' (not milligrams) I can find was for magnesium chloride. Good question. The amount may be relevant, eg too much niacin, liver trouble. Too little, pellagra. Etc. I re

Doctors are people. Their labor is labor. Unfortunately for those not in the health industry, this labor is expensive, regularly not optimal, and might be surprisingly, easily, bolstered or replaced by AI, or even a nurse, or in rare situat

Ok, I'm extremely stupid. I confess. Now please offer an intelligent, insightful, un-enraged response. Maybe with examples. And if you're truly brilliant, include something that considers the patient, in some way, preferably const

Harsh. But unimpressive. There are things that don't require years to understand. And if after those years, one still does not understand, maybe they don't care to. Do you? Regarding condescension, I humbly suspect some ignorance

It should be easy enough to maintain a parallel record of malpractice vs the bogeyman. We can't mold our existence to the standards of headlines -- not if we want any valid reason to exist at all.

For the first time, I recently had a teledoc consultation and received a prescription as a result. Aside from the fun of getting the camera and mic to function in Linux, it was amazingly easy and efficient [1]. I answered a series of automa

I used to find black widows frequently near a melaleuca tree which was near my side door, in south Florida. Day and night. Not infrequently in the house. They always seemed passive, but I still ushered them outdoors. I have yet to identify
