That was my thinking when I went through the first page of results. I pretty much read all the books listed except two and it didn’t dawn on me until I started reading more non-fiction books from Asian authors – From Third World to First by

As someone that likes the spirit behind Habitica and has tried it a few times – also contributed some bugfixes I desperately needed – I’m curious what you found a bit too much, since I felt the same way. I’ve toyed in my head with the idea

I’ve realized lately that I do most of my procrastination either in Firefox or on my phone since those are the places I’ve naturally bucketed my consumption/lizard-brain-behaviour to. So when I need to focus I’ll just start a Freedom (

Definitely. Depending on how serious one's issues are, volunteering could be a shortcut remedy for loneliness and the need for therapy could be reduced. But if doesn’t work then therapy could help with underlying issues (my therapist s

Maybe I’m extreme in my view. But I look at most companies that produce games skewed towards IAP/DLC/P2W as ethically corrupt. They’re just wasting the talent of game creators to produce these games to pad the revenue of these bus

I haven’t been really addicted to gaming since university. But now I largely look for ways to add gaming systems to my everyday life, such as travel hacking (optimize the points, miles and credits I earn for air and train travel) or adding

Probably the best way is to look for the tentpoles that get the most attention – Digital Minimalism/Cal Newport, Center for Humane Technology/Tristan Harris – and follow the discussions around them to see if any other communities

Hey, repo owner here. That does seem to be the case here. I had re-hosted these .plan files from a website – which has removed them – that had re-hosted them from Shacknews – which had also removed them. GitHub seemed like a quirk-and-dirty

I was trying out a Korean facial cleanser with tea tree oil that I stopped using because it was too drying. But I found it was very effective at cleaning grime from my sneakers and as a spot treatment for white shirt stains.
