No, I definitely wasn't trying to imply anything like that about any iPhone user. I'm sure you are a power user and you regularly browse the web with your iPhone. But this doesn't mean you wouldn't have a better browsing experience with a 1

A power user is a user who regularly browses the web. Browsing the web on a 4.65-inch 1280x720 screen is significantly better than browsing the web on a 3.5-inch 960x640 screen. Reply to your edit: The fact that Android phones have low pixe

Do you really think the best selling Android phones must be those looking closest to the iPhone? Maybe Samsung became the most successful Android vendor by making the best Android phones?

Samsung's success should not be attributed to the fact that they copied iPhone and iOS design to some extent. Samsung makes great hardware and they simply made the best Android phones. They benefited from the strength of Google/Android ecos

Yes. Not only Nexus S was found to be at fault, Apple is also going after the Galaxy Nexus. Icaza disappointed me because when people started pointing these out in the comments, he deleted them and turned off commenting to the post.

I don't exactly know what the patent is. But it was clarified by Samsung attorney in the trial that you do not infringe Apple patents by having one finger scrolling and pinch to zoom. So it is possible to make a modern smartphone.

Apple doesn't have a patent for one finger scrolling or pinch zooming. If the claim you are talking about is one finger scrolling, having that feature is not enough to violate the whole patent. The patent in question is about a method to de
