I don't think I've seen a newspaper in anyone's house in like 15-20 years.

Absolutely unhinged take. Most people just want healthcare, affordable groceries, and a vacation dude. I think Musk has a better chance of being guillotined in the next 20 years than he does sending his consciousness into space.

Yes, but typically just internal corporate intraweb stuff from what I've seen.

No, you need to tell it the architecture you want. Does anyone really believe you can just say "build the thing" and LLMs will somehow defeat Kolmogorov complexity or that they can read minds? What exactly are you trying to say? T

Yes, you just need to tell it to do that. Before I start I go back and forth talking about the architecture and making design docs. If you start with good bones, things go much better than stepping through adding things and ideas ad hoc.

I absolutely know what I'm talking about and have released multiple records. I don't think you know what mastering is and how subtle it is. You're thinking of a separate mix which, yes, does sound quite different.

A new dust free record shouldn't have any but yeah, that'll happen over time.

I think this is because a lot of people think more is more. Wow look at all the detail and bullet points! No one on the receiving end actually wants that though. When I use AI to write, it's to boil it down to the minimum bits needed.

This is exactly why vinyl is inferior to tape and digital.

Mastering doesn't change much. They're just going to roll off the low end a bit. A separate mix is an entirely different thing though.

That's just not true and vinyl doesn't sound better by any measure.

It's much less of a problem than it used to be because streaming platforms normalize the tracks anyway so it's been fading away for a while now.

Just give it actual ideas of what you want instead of "make me a web page". Garbage in garbage out.

Well then that person was already making "stupid" things. Boy does it make me mad when someone makes something that is interesting to them and isn't up to my personal standards! Everyone is so dumb but I am so smart, I know b

Yeah dumb until it wins a competition. If it's so stupid why are you worried about it?

It's just gatekeeping. It should make them super cool. "Well you have to have good ideas and skills to do anything with AI or it's just slop!" Ok, then it sounds like nothing changed.

The issue with that is you would constantly need to keep your head on the same plane, as soon as you move it around, it becomes unbalanced and now it's even harder to move around because it's heavier. Walking with something balanc

If this is sarcasm, fine. If it isn't, your solution is interesting because it's already been tried. The United States has one of (maybe actually?) the highest incarceration rates on Earth. We've spent decades locking up enor

This site is so fuckin out of touch with the average American I can help but get pissed off after a few beers on the weekend. The tech stuff is good, but the social/political stuff here drives me nuts.

Right, why didn't everyone just get good education, dental care, and healthcare, get a car when they're 16, have their parents help them go to college and work for a VC and get rich. Just can't understand it. Truly, an enigma

You tell it to update the docs: not append. I've done the same thing with a readme in the root with links to the docs. After every commit, before the push, I have my agent "update all relevant and related docs, add or remove what&

How not? Precision kills with 0 warning. You can just bring one on a plane to whatever country and have the thing charge with solar/powerlines until your target is getting coffee outside on a nice day. Or whatever.
