Dusting off my usual response: mutual TLS (aka client side certs) could practically eliminate phishing. It would be simply impossible to give your credentials to a phishing site as they never leave your device. There's 2 things missing

To me, being able to play again is vital if you're going to play a high-risk game. Eg. making 101 100:1 bets makes way more sense than risking everything on a single victory-or-bust gamble.

It's to protect against malicious sites, not malicious clients. CORS prevents your browser from being an unwitting attack vector by an evil website.
