For all this bluster, D seems awfully high on that list (above ActionScript and Objective-C? really?).

You don't even need that, and I don't know why he mentioned that as an issue...I was able to flexibly balance with virtual hosts with HAProxy on EC2 like with any other server. The issues I was considering with la nuebla: Data is a pain. S3

So putting my feet up on my own desk, in my own cubicle, is a sign of poor manners? Well I think anyone with that opinion can screw themselves with whichever implement they've lodged up their rectum. I sit in the same damn posture all day h

Given how little attention most frontend developers pay to their markup's semantics, I don't think I'd want to entrust them (us) with a tag that HR finds interesting.

Because there's a body of misinformed devs who think jQuery's not JavaScript, or that it's some route around having to learn JavaScript.

Some things would be improved with more attention to accessibility. Ext.tree.TreePanel, for instance, allows keyboard navigation out of the box. In a similar vein, the results grid doesn't allow row selection/keyboard navigation (ref. Ext.g

I use QUnit to test my JavaScript and whatever's on hand to test backend code (unittest in Python, Test::Unit in Ruby). I'd use Selenium for point-and-click-style testing but I haven't gotten to it.

I still think that if you're mostly around a certain metro area, it's best to go with the dominant bank for convenience. I do have auto insurance and a credit card through USAA and they're great, but I like having many physical branches aro

Why not just throw yourself into an open source project? Many pay down the road if you're successful enough, and you get to keep your dignity. More importantly, you'll know you aren't being exploited.
