Exactly this. Joplin kinda blows the competition out of the water in every aspect. The sync works flawlessly and this is one of the strongest features it has. I set it up using WebDAV and never ever had to worry about it working.

For me, the biggest issue I have is book ratings on Amazon. Besides companies - and small time authors - paying for good ratings, you have a similar amount of people that genuinely bought the book, giving 1 start ratings because of whatever

Yep, there are usually a lot of "piggybacking" (This comment is not mean spirited, just stating a fact) in HN. I made a similar comment a while back [1] https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=25625703

I've bought a book from this person ("Data is beautiful"), and it's crap. If you go to the website home page, you'll see that the only thing that it does is use one (The author's?) library.

This might be related to the fact that at least one of her books is "hidden" in a scene in "The OA" [1] that happens to be, in my opinion, one of the most interesting science fiction TV series made in the last years (Net

Last week the Spanish side of Vice published a post that literally said in the title "Most famous Harvard astronomer said aliens tried to contact us". I think that beats everything else I've read so far regarding this issue.

Few years back, I did something similar to this with PHP. I was always marveled at the capacities of xDebug, and never stopped using it since I found it (Some 10+ years), and honestly, coupling it with PHPStorm is another level. But still,
