With the amount of layoffs tech has had in the last year I imagine attrition is less of an issue. Maybe they factored that in.

Did you account for calories? Beef has ~3-4X the calories per gram of tofu. I would guess plants have more microplastics as they just pull things out of the soil and store them (why many plants have a ton of heavy metals). Animals at least

What bar would you judge a society by besides other societies? Idealized futuristic utopias? I don't really agree we should be most critical of our own society. We should be critical of the society that deserves the most criticism.

Good luck with finding new books that aren’t practicing the same techniques. Unless it is directly or metaphorically confronting a hot button social issue new books do not get much recognition.

If you had a non-traditional computer education (I definitely did) there will be huge holes because your skillset is going to be hyper practical. All of these concepts are just somewhat arbitrary rules nerdy white guys came up with 30+ year

The AI is just automating something they could hire an army of humans to do though, twitch usually has ~80k streams running, so it would take a few thousand workers but there would be no privacy blockers. They do have your permission to run

That isn't an extreme example at all, people used to mill grain and make clothing by hand, now we don't. We somehow are not sitting around getting fat even though technology takes care of those tasks. The parents suggestion is tha

Rice is not a vegetable, the question was if you can live off vegetables. Thats why I said you would struggle to hit your caloric needs without processed grains and oils. You could maybe make it if you ate a couple pounds of beans a day wit
