Wow, genuine thanks! That's one of those "why didn't I think of that before?" ideas.

Just downloaded it and gave it a spin with my Bamboo stylus. Here are my impressions, FWIW: * First impression: Nice tutorial, nice animations when picking a notebook. Great idea to do your app planning sketches as its own notebook. * First

This article, though interesting, is 4 years old (referring to the z-axis as a "recent addition"). I like the technical explanations behind the physics, though! A less technical, but more recent article was in the New York Times last year:

"If you’ve never seen a YC pitch, find a way to see one, or a few dozen." Does anyone have a list of (good) YC pitch decks? Sounds like a great idea to be inspired by what they have in common and what distinguishes them from the rest. Edit:

I still am completely confused at how professional editors at both Wired Science AND Gizmodo that must see loads of fake videos every day were unable to tell the video was a fake. Especially the takeoff had the obviously-CG look about it --

Donating to Kickstarter gives you no guarantees whatsoever. The guy can basically just walk away with the money if he so decides. No, really. This however makes it all the more a powerful concept in my mind, since the "makers" have to figur

Though both the email and the blog response from TSA are incredibly unprofessional, the email is NOT intimidation or a "veiled threat", and exaggerating by claiming it is is not going to help a sane discussion about this issue. What do you

Is anyone able to compare and contrast this with the UDK which seems to be a similar license (free until you make six figures)?

This is one of those beautiful win-win-win situations - everyone in this situation is happy - StackExchange, Balsamiq, and the users. What a great idea, and props to all involved for making it happen.

"Clear feels a lot more Metro than iOS. Not that that's bad." - @agnoster I find that a very insightful remark. I always did like Metro's UI "feel" - simple and sleek with clear edges and clean colors on a black background. Clear is a near

A book I heard about via Matt Gemmell is "Learning iPad Programming" (Kirby Turner, Tom Harrington) - it's really an excellent overview, explained by programming a real-life iPad app step by step. Massive coverage of tons of major topics.
