Theres an issue with the jail reform community, mainly that they do not have an alternative. Keeping people out of jail is good - but releasing them to continue to commit crime seems odd. I dont hear the alternative "reform" solut

In this case the maritime shipping industry has a huge oversupply of boats (compared to last year which had a huge undersupply). Consumers are slowing their spending and retailers have a lot of inventory.
