Isn't "crypto" already that? Not every blockchain has to be a currency, but is that a distinction that people will make?

Sorry, meant languages+frameworks, not just frameworks there. I was thinking of TS+React or C#+ASP.NET in that particular case.

Doesn't matter, almost nobody uses Ruby without Rails. And my statement holds true for any Ruby framework.

I myself am one of these people. But even if Ruby worked anywhere and I could share all my code, I would still prefer TypeScript because of its support for typed JSX and excellent typing system overall. The IDE can help me in most cases, wh

Ruby had a huge hype, then its growth slowed down and now it's falling behind quickly. Yeah it's big, but other frameworks that chose a different path w.r.t. metaprogramming seem to be the more popular (and growing) choice today.

Hard disagree. The visible entity is still human, and can be wrong, even if it takes a lot to recognize it. God's can't be wrong whatever they do, however inhuman it is.

Stay with Node and React, add TypeScript. New tools like SWC and bundler like Parcel or Next.js make it truly good experience. Check out Turborepo too.

In my case, it took much longer to convert the program from what I am seeing into a in-head representation. Perhaps I am just too used to textual code, but I really tried to do it another way... Or perhaps it's simply not for me, but o

Hmm, TBH I think that is pop-science (wrong) take... Humans can stop being self aware and we can measure that very easily. There are many different degrees of self-awareness damage, and many of them are precisely codified.

Not really... I built a block-based IDE like that which compiled to TypeScript/React (you could switch to writing code and back to blocks at any time)... And I just never used it, writing code was much faster, even though it supported
