It's not about any twists. He himself said why it's different - he wants this particular "public forum" (as he described it) to be more as he likes it, so he bought a stake in it. I don't see why it should have any

He is asking Twitter to not hand out bans based on content and/or delete content. Not that I entirely agree with him on this topic. IMHO Twitter has the right to delete whatever they want and ban whoever they want. But he's not tr

Free speech does not mean "free of consequences", it means nobody deletes it or jails you for it. Forcing you [within legal/moral limits] to delete it yourself is not against free speech.

You interpreted me wrong. What I'm saying is 1) that I care about the merit of the company (the products) much more than I care about what their talking heads say 2) that I don't think Elon's that bad as some say/ IMHO

Let me decide that, thanks. There's nothing to rationalize. Elon had some nice visionary talks which I like, but mostly don't care about - and I'm not going to be mad just because he said something will be in 3 years and it&#

I don't feel being misleaden. Yes, Elon is sometimes over hyping things. I don't mind. He makes extremely cool stuff which sells by its merit. I like the visionary talks because a company that never talks about the possibilities o

How could you not plan an invasion in advance? This is easily at least a year of planning just on the entirely practical side of things like how to get enough units and hardware there.

This is easily possible with the low-level graphql NPM package which is the base of many frameworks. Most give you an option to get through the abstraction and do it.

Yeah my Lenovos had or developed the same problem, also not considered something to fix by them. Probably all of them except the really old 4:3 ones I had, which had the oldschool IBM keyboard.

The Lenovo keyboard is good when it works - but I never had a fully working keyboard on any post-2013 Lenovo laptop (my old T530 had awesome and reliable keyboard, but it was the last). I generally spend around $4-$6k on a laptop, so not th

WPF is not bad, but I like dev experience of React much better - I'm able to iterate on solution quicker, and the Chrome devtools are very good too. Yeah it's a hack on top of HTML, but there's React Native too. Which is kind

I had a great Thinkpad once, too. But the 2 subsequent models were all shit - laptop board burning (needed a replacement few times), RAM integrity issues, boot loops, driver crashes etc. Then I tried 2 Dells - both of them shit in all ways

One reason would be that you don't like shitty laptops. Any other laptop (I tried top end Dells, Lenovos and Asuses) are much worse in all things considered. Even the 2016-2021 MBPs were at best comparable to models of these other bran
