Some websites even make audio streams available separately. You can learn about those with the -F flag, and then select an audio stream with the -f flag. E.g. on youtube, you can use [youtube-dl | yt-dlp] -f 140 <url> to down

Having France and Germany in the EU was a laughable prospect in 1945. Having eastern European countries in the EU was a laughable prospect in 1989. Circumstances change.

The smaller the population, the higher the variance. Large countries are not bad, they are average. The worst countries, like the best, tend to be small.
