And? What's the problem? I see it as a net positive for society. If someone wants to clean toilets, they can do so. Right now, the people who clean our toilets might not want to do it. They are forced. The "non-highly-trained&

There are religious scientists. Doesn't mean they don't understand science or deny it. Today's religion is different in many ways. The ones that say that bible is the 100% correct source of truth are the crazy ones.

At that point the female/male distinction loses its meaning altogether. If anyone can pick their gender, what makes someone masculine and what feminine? Nothing. There's no difference between genders, so lose gender-specific words

Even IF this was true, do you really think the executives on their meetings go like: "Okay, if we deny this, we will go to jail. So let's tell everyone that we are spying on them!" No. Denying is the only smart move here.

"Aging" might have evolved in part because of cancer, but that does not mean that aging is the best solution to cancer. It's just a method of dealing with it, which might be totally subpar. Evolution never leads to best-case

This sounds like entrapment. I don't know US laws at all, but I thought the "leave the car doors open and wait for someone to steal it" method of catching bad guys was against the law?

Even though I don't use Meteor anymore, I still like DDP[1] a lot. It's simple (can be implemented in 50-100 lines), but it is the core of Meteor. There's a specification for it in their Github repo. Meteor's "optim

I'd say 200 is reasonable. 140-160 is jogging/running, which is not that fast. When you're about to die and fight-or-flight reactions kick in (i.e. your whole entire body shifts to "OH SHIT" mode), I'd expect y
