I've used both. The problem I had with ZD is that it uses a non-standard "ligature" (not sure what the non-coding term is) to identify zettels. This means lock in not just to emacs, but to a specific package. Org-roam OTOH us

Right now I'm banking on the fact that lawyers copy and paste. This is a fair assumption as they have "clause libraries" at all major firms. In the future I'd hope to tie in the NLP stuff we've been working on to do
