Sure, or even just ignore user agents if you know your target has this scanning in place, just send the malware to the 2nd click. It's not just MS. Lots of enterprise email security stuff works like this.

the .import command used for actually loading the CSV is kinda picky about your CSVs being well-formatted. I don't think it supports embedded newlines at all.

Sure. Title 1 schools, for example, get extra federal funding. They also have 40+% of students living in poverty. Some of that money goes to buy breakfast for kids who otherwise wouldn't have food to eat in the morning.

Seems like it’s just the one point repeated in different articles? No need to question anyone’s sincerity. The reality is the emails were hacked and released in order to damage the Clinton campaign by a foreign power that wanted her to lose

Pair that with an online/remote backup and you're all set. I like Backblaze because the software client is very good but you could just as well push your own encrypted backup to S3 or a VPS.

A well-tested Unicode library built for security should be doing your Unicode parsing in security critical components. It’s just another way of saying you should be doing a security audit as part of selecting a library and integrating it in

I think the point is that Unicode and XML parsing are known to be security critical components and you should take care that they are handled only by well tested code designed specifically for the purpose. You need to not roll your own and

How do you propose a search engine provide ordered results without making decisions for users about what order they should appear in?

Sure. It's a judgement call. It always is. The people who order counterfeit pills from "canadian pharmacy" sites probably don't consider those sites spam and could plausibly argue that they shouldn't be downranked

Downranking Russian state propaganda from the search results for people searching general news about the war in Ukraine is useful and makes the results better. That isn't what most people are searching for in the top few results. Much
