I have a bunch of 100 ml bottles (with "0.1 liter" stamped in the bottom). You can fit about 5 or 6 of those in a 1 liter plastic bag. That is enough to keep you hydrated and getting a drink while traveling.

Heat pumps have thermostats so they do not run at max all the time. So if the heat pump without the miner use 1 kW to heat to room temperature it would need less than 1 kW with the miner to heat to the same room temperature. Plus as you say

There have been projects like that. The problem is that potholes do not exists because cities do not know where they are. They exist because of lack of resources or priorities.

Not really. With git bisect you know what you are looking for. So even if you did make a commit with e.g., a missing semicolon you can still call it "good" because it did not cause the problem your are trying to debug.
