Much too late. If something is not plain text or PDF/A it has already bitrotted away, or is well on its way. The Web is an ephemeral enterprise.That's why everything relevant has a DOI and not an URI.

The node size do not correspond to a given dimension of a structure anymore, it's computed property, from area of a given standard cell (e.g. SRAM cell).

I don't. The Linux ecosystem is no longer salvageable, so I've started moving to FreeBSD. This should buy me another 20 years, after which I won't be bothered anyway.

This is why I don't trust ARM. The only way to really make sure is to synthesize your CPU core, and put it into the FPGA (though there are FPGAs shipped with backdoors as well).
