Where does it say that you should teach them if they don't resonate with the topic? I took the talk as learning how to teach the topic better to your loved ones or anyone else for that matter. (I haven't watched it yet)

I'm don't mean to nitpick, but did you mean storybook instead of storyboard? That's the only project that I've found which sounds like what you're talking about https://github.com/storybooks/sto

Have you considered the background of a person talking about such a course? They might have read more than you about the topic, so they reasonably feel that the course brings nothing new. The problem is that it doesn't bring anything n

Some people don't like to learn just for the sake of learning. So, I find it reasonable for someone to want to know the practical applications of something. Maybe they prefer to learn through building something. Maybe they're work

What app did you find for Pharo? What attracts me most about red-lang is its cross-platform GUI story (I know that the iOS back-end is not implemented yet). You can do so much with so little code. It looks like a great platform for this. Th

I started learning Haskell again this year. And I finally got to work with it professionally. I'm also using PureScript in the same project, so it's really exciting. This year I also discovered R. I had to do a Python to R transla

Here my own experience with headspace. I was meditating for some time, but I felt like I wasn't making any progress. I know the point is not to aim for progress, but I was and it was discouraging. So headspace helped me back on track.

It's funny, because as I was reading your comment, I was thinking of 3b1b. He's doing great work by visualizing abstract concepts, but I think what he does mainly helps people who have already gone through the material. If it'

The first one, about everything having to be lazy, isn't true. You can define strict data types or functions. The other two are though.

From what I can tell, people have a problem with the fact that you said that "blacks are genetically incapable". Why do you think it's genetic? Why not cultural, social, economic?

I didn't say that hormone changes lower your resting metabolic rate. They simply make your body be more inclined to store fat. The enzyme that I mentioned LPL, becomes more active and stores more fat. Have you ever wondered why men and
