Congrats and thanks to the team and I wish the best for them. Nuxt is a fantastic framework. I don't like the Vercel involvement a tiny bit though. Wish it was Cloudflare or something else. Hope I'm wrong.

I seem to like cursor agent with sonnet. Or even copilot agent with sonnet. The editor integrated agent feels better. For example they can react to in editor linter errors without running a lint command etc.

The Model Y refresh happened this quarter and they basically had no deliveries for a month or something. Probably had an impact. I'm not sure how this goes in the long term though, likely to worse. For example BYD sold almost twice the

Same here. Tried to implement a new feature on one of our apps to test it. It completely screwed things up. Used undefined functions and stuff. After a couple of iterations of error reporting and fixing I gave up. Claude did it fine but I w

I’m in Turkey no UK or US so I can only speak for here. It’d be like denouncing electricity and saying join me. Good luck with that. Its not friends and family. Our office administration basically runs on a WhatsApp group. I just sent a loc

Yup. These apps are not used in isolation and I find it funny that the tech people argue which is better and why. The one everyone uses is better. If you dont have a way to move masses, it does not matter.

I feel fine if AI was used to add features to an established software. Let it loose on the linux kernel for what I care. It still somehow feels icky to use it to build something from scratch.

The worst thing is issues without any visibility. The other day I was toying with the MCP server ( https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/typescript-sdk ). I default to bun these days and the http based server simply di

It is pretty easy to interface stuff like QuickJS C API. I had a POC here from last year: https://github.com/eknkc/zquickjs Even this is pretty usable, handling value conversions and such thanks to comptime. (Take a lo

We used a token bucket one to allow say 100 requests immediately but the limit would actually replenish 10 per minute or something. Makes sense to allow bursts. This was to allow free tier users to test things. Unless they go crazy, they wo

Having a lint rule to disallow empty catch bodies has been a good practice for me. Sometimes you deliberately do it and even then I am forced to at least leave a `// ignore` there.

I love TablePlus. I basically use it for everything at this point even though I have a JetBrains all prod license. Never liked DataGrip.

Whenever I read a blog post assuring me that something is not how it looks, it turns out to be exactly how it looks at the end. BTW, I don't use deno and haven't been following any news whatsoever so this is simply a shitty statem

I think the article is somewhat fabrication. There might be some truth to it but it does not make much sense. Technically, ı would probably show up as □ instead of i if the phone had a hard time displaying it. There is also the suffix not m

Yeah. However, I do not need to pull the plug to shut things down even if the software was designed to tolerate that. In a second thought though, maybe I do. That might be the only way to ensure the assumption is true. Like the Netflix'

Yeah that seems correct. It's like creating an SQLite MCP server with single tool "run_sql". Which is just fine I guess as long as the LLM knows how to write SQL (or WinDBG commands). And they definitely do know that. I'

Why use JIRA at this point then? Can’t we point an LLM to a sqlite db and tell it to treat it as an issue tracking db and have everyone do the same. The service (jira) would materialize inside the LLMs then. Why even use abstractions like t

During this time I believe a lot of alternatives (mostly protocol compatible to redis so they would be drop in replacements) came into light. Has there been a consensus on one? Is there a winner? I love redis and will probably keep using it

I believe it was 10 years ago or something, we lost power in Turkey. I mean the entire country for around 10 hours. Data, cellular etc everything kept working. But at some point I guess the generators and batteries started to fail and capac

You know what, 15 story building is more intuitive. For a couple of meters it works, I can imagine a 3 meter wide asteroid just fine. But at 50 meters it becomes a distance unit for me and I can’t easily imagine an object with a 50m dimensi
