Yeah, I’ve been on propranolol and then metoprolol but they don’t seem to do much in terms of reducing ectopics. Currently on metoprolol though. I’ve had an echo, stress ecg and then a ct angiogram. Everything is physically fine so at this

Apparently everyone gets them but the burden (% of beats being screwed up) is important. A high burden for prolonged periods means damage accumulation. I had 2 24 hour monitors and one caught 700 eptopic beats in a day. Another couple month

I have frequent ectopic beats that I feel as a flutter / heavy beat on my chest. The doc says it won't kill me but it is extremely uncomfortable at times. This has been a great material to learn about the inner workings of heart c

As far as I can tell F# is one of those things where every single user is extremely happy. This happens rarely and I really am curious about the thing but never had time to get into it. I'm also pretty well versed in the .net ecosystem

Note taking apps generally do formatting, markdown like stuff or at least linking to urls in the text etc. You cant slap a plain text field and assume that emulates the actual experience in any way.

I seem to use them more and more for repetitive tasks. Where I can write one line and will need to handle a couple more in a similar manner. They work fine. Also for refactoring they seem to do ok. Things like change this to a function, ext

It’s funny that everyone bashed Apple for their lack of RCS support and now that they have it, all posts seem to indicate RCS is a shit standard at best. I have no idea if it is but that’s the impression I got. I guess it was just a talking

I feel like you'll need to provide a wasm binary for browser environments and maybe as a fallback in node itself. Last time I checked, Go really struggles to perform when targeting wasm. This might be the only reason I'd like to s

It’s available on the client side where most of the fingerprinting happens using JS. And I feel like this is a lost cause at this point. Just assign every one of us a unique online ID and be done with it.

Go is also a lot slower in wasm than non-gc languages due to its runtime requirements. I believe the wasm gc spec does not really help Go either so there won't be significant performance gains. It's a shame but it is what it is. I
