You should research a bit before you say there isn’t an ounce of innovation from India. Very mainstream and simple example is UPI (google it). Tell me any system in the whole world which comes close in scale, ease of use and security. You a

Sure, I grew up with a moral system which teaches, all world is your family. Of course, you will feel closer to the ones you live with, just like any big family.

No, no sales pitch needed. You either already love your community and your country or you don't. No one should force themselves or others to love or hate it.

All love is irrational. I would still rather love. Some people stay because they care, no need to be disparaging of them. You and I would not enjoy the peace and comfort of the modern world without it because somebody is irrationally willin

0 A.D. team amazes me. They keep churning release after release with such quality. There is even M1 support for this one. Keep up the great work team. Very grateful for your gifts :)

I seem to have never had a reliable and working mDNS on any OS. Would not recommend.

This is oft overlooked, Haskell is absolutely in a league of its own when it comes to concurrency and parallel capabilities. I would highly recommend https://simonmar.github.io/pages/pcph.html regardless of which lang

The point is that the iPadOS is not designed to be used with a keyboard but windows is. Having a touchscreen on this laptop is a useful/useless add on and not the primary feature.

Replying to myself since it looks like the replies are making mostly the same point. > what if fb wants an exclusive, no privacy App Store for itself? What about it? Let them do that. Let the consumers decide? I chose Apple only and only

Exclusively Apple user here, couldn’t be more happier for the announcement. Keeps my favoured platform alive and innovative. Btw, you can keep using App Store so I don’t understand the issue here.

Apologies if I misunderstood. It seemed like the ide features and why they were required only for Java was pointing at something. Probably not.

No, Java good doesn’t mean everything else is bad. Why would I ever limit myself in such silly ways :)

Exactly, and if we keep idolising "the fisherman", the system becomes unstable. Also why would anybody? It's essentially stealing from other people. A welfare state should strive to provide for those who can't, not those

The computer doesn’t know whether it’s you or somebody pretending to be you. Unauthorised execution should be possible but should be off by default, that’s 100% better for consumers. Sorry if I got your point wrong :)

The problem is that you are cut off from the reality. The poor has to live and that means we need to have cheap energy. Get off the high horse and maybe engage with your governments to understand why nuclear power is still out of reach for
