The modern state of Israel was created so that it could be destroyed. It's part of a plan that was set in motion 130 years ago. So the 'right choice' would be to not move there. You would be much better off relocating your co

I specifically search for "remote" or "telecommute". Then I look for the technologies used to see if it's things I like working with or things I want to learn.

How much do you know about permanent batteries, Stan Meyer type water fuel systems, atomic hydrogen furnaces, and spiral coil generators? What kind of lab do you have?

I can make a lotion that will treat skin cancer in three weeks. By treat I mean new healthy skin where the sores were. No one cares though. It's hard to disrupt a $100B+ industry that doesn't want to be disrupted.

What would you use instead? Spring MVC covers a lot use cases simultaneously. I use Wicket but it doesn't cover all the use cases that Spring MVC does.

Built my own. 4x4s, 2x6s, and plywood. Measured to exactly my height. It's about $80 of wood and ~40 minutes to assemble. The only problem is it's too big to fit through doors so it has to be disassembled to move.

I like Scala, Spring, and Maven. Sbt is definitely questionable and I always use Maven instead. IDE support for Scala is not great but it's pretty close to good enough. I don't really like Spring Boot but I like Spring in general

Do companies still use Struts and JSP? I always see them on job listings for Java jobs but I can't tell if companies actually use them or if headhunters just copy and paste a generic Java developer listing from like 10 years ago.
