There is one IE9 feature that I miss in Chrome or Firefox: "Preserve Favorites website data" under Delete Browsing History. With that I can delete all cookies after a session but my logins stay active. And I don't need an extension for it.

A real "About Us" section would be nice. No marketing unit is going to do business with two twitter accounts. And IMHO don't use twitter accounts with your position on SOPA. 95% of your customers don't care or don't (want to) know.

I find it interesting that Safari is not picking up with all the success they have recently. And these plots should start to show more clearly what's going on in the mobile and desktop browser-space. I assume this plot (page 2) does not sho

Downvote for what? Bad character? To design is shop is not about math or throughput, it's all about psychology. You don't want lines to move fast, you just want them to appear like moving fast. My point is merely that self-checkout is not o

Self-checkouts are not just about speed. They also appeal to specific kind of people. I use them because I don't want to interact with someone just to get some groceries. I know, it's kind of sad, but I don't want to say 'Hi' and 'Thank you

I don't see silent updates in FF10 yet. True silent ones are only possible if you move the install into the Roaming area, otherwise win7 with resonable security settings will ask for confirmation. From what I know, IT-departments don't like

The 'new' toolbar is higher than the black one, taking up more space, every site seems to transition to those sticking toolbars that do not go away when I scroll down. It's not about content anymore, it's about navigation and sharing. The

It's not the IE/Chrome squeeze I'm concerned about. Webkit(Safari, Silk, Chrome) and IE are the only players on their mobile platforms, that's what makes me sad. FF on Android is so far behind webkit, I wonder if they will ever catch up, or

As a fellow german, but not a Fachinformatiker, I suspect colleagues without a degree still have a hard time to work their way up into more advanced management roles or just into the higher income brackets. I wish that would not be the case

Play with and extend a scripting language. This might be a little old school, but for example the Tcl source is considered to be very clean C. You can download the source, implement your own command via shared library in C, or simply check
