I wish someone recreated Netscape Navigator UI with the Gecko engine. I can't give any reasons, I just wish it.

Are there any providers that have a chat interface (not just API access) with a fixed monthly cost? I couldn't find one.

Me too actually. I wish I could pay to get priority. I know there are 3rd party providers but I want a chat interface and not fiddle with setting my own.

I like Go, I like TypeScript, and I like C. All of them have significant design flaws and quirks, many of which people here write pages of complaints about. But in most cases, it's easy to learn how to avoid them (granted, that's

If it had been phrased like yours, I'd completely agree. I reread that part from the OP, but the point really doesn't come across.

(This is not a comment on what you said but something for the whole thread) May I kindly ask that we do not say "white" and "non-white" as if it has a global definition? I think all people here mean "European"

I also have a lot of experience with various setups and front-end technologies, and I couldn't agree more! Furthermore, I'd say this: if you can't simply serialize your view-model and send it to the client because something m

PrimeFaces is very well-maintained and regularly updated. I'd even go further and say that it's one of the few things that makes working with JSF bearable for me. I'm still a thousand times more productive with React though,

That part is fair but they should have said something like "shared source", or "source available". "Open source" means something specific to a lot of people. You may have issues with how OSI operates (I do too!

You can't do 100% "show, don't tell" unless your movie is 15 hours long. It's always about balance, and it's probably one of the hardest challenges in scriptwriting and directing. Netflix movies have always lea

It's not killed IMHO, I actively use a fleet of such single HTML file apps that I save locally and even share with people. My initial comment has an example of a gallery, works wonderfully.

You write Javascript to read and write to HTML, like, develop a single page app that treats HTML as the view and the database, and restores state on DOMContentLoad from the HTML. Super easy and maintainable for micro apps. You can also use

Yes, is that a no-go? Maybe I’m just being too old-school :) It does make forks a lot easier, though! Another advantage is that it makes it clear what you’re saving, reducing the likelihood of errors being persisted.
