How about modernizing the old animated gif/flash sites so they work in modern browsers? I've started on hamster dance[0] and leekspin[1], but the sounds leave something to be desired (hamster dance is more annoying than I remember

Having run into similar problems multiple times, the solution is to clear cache on an app. If, like me, sorting your apps by storage usage never actually completes[1], browsers are a good thing to check first[2]; Unity games are a good seco

Not everything needs to be constantly plugged. My desktop doesn't even have Bluetooth in it. I'm quite happy with the USB A ports on my PC when it comes to plugging in mice, keyboards, USB storage, etc. If you use USB devices on a

Unfortunately, even this isn't perfect. For example, when running Tetris from WEP, the colors are off/weird (I'm guessing a color depth issue). It is, however, good enough to run just about any old crap I've given it.

Wasn't 64-bit windows 2k/64 itanium-based, not x86-based? If so it would have required supporting existing binaries compiled for a different architecture. My understanding is that the only 16-bit support in 64-bit windows is a few

Side loading is unnecessary. Firefox is available on both the play store and Fdroid (not sure if it's in the default Fdroid repo, but I know there's at least one third party repo with official builds)

Also, you might be interested in brow.sh, as it should provide easily readable, clean HTML that only contains visible elements. It should be better than dumping pages from links, as it supports scripting.

I believe you can disable Chrome's reader mode in flags. I know you can force it to show up on all pages, as that's how I have it set up on my tablet (I use Firefox and Brave primarily, with Chrome or Bromite as a fallback)

I hadn't realized the content was actually signed; I assumed we were simply trusting Google to send us the content they said they were sending (much like we do when using the Google cache). I'm curious now: would it be possible to

Brow.sh has nearly this exact functionality already in built-in http server; you can open up basically any website in your browser and get plain html (though rendered in a single font size/style, as it's really intended for consol
