Control calorie intake, daily walks and home workouts. This is the biggest benefit of WFH for me and is hopefully having some positive mental and concentration benefits.

The only good reasons I can think of are: * To ensure the other person isn't in a meeting. The sender might not want the text to be broadcast unintentionally. * To force a synchronous conversation. I think this is pretty rude though. W

Yeah I have found that experience too. You will get questions directed to you expecting expertise but some non-lead developer will actually be the expert. It's a funny one because there is nothing wrong with that situation but the
