Maybe it's worse with ICE cars--more parts, many considered wear items, that are difficult to get to to inspect. It could be hard to tell if the seller recently changed the oil and filters after never changing them. Transmission, alter

I'm satisfied with the flat fee system. The cost difference is at most $150 per car per year, which is not much to argue over. It is more like eating into the savings from switching from gas to electricity, rather than an additional bu

>BLAKE3 is just as secure as SHA256 but an order of magnitude faster Is this not an oxymoron? E.g. b3 then ought to be an order of magnitude easier to brute force.

I went to vapcell's website, looked at their charts and specifications. I disagree with your assessment. They specify 3800mAh minimum discharge at 0.2C for their 4000mAh cell. They don't show a discharge curve at 0.2C in their cha

The Tesla crash in the story you linked to didn't involve FSD, blinding, nor disengagement. Did you mean to link to a different article?

If one or more of the multiple cameras are obscured, the car will alert you to the degraded state. If conditions are particularly bad like in a snowstorm, FSD will refuse to engage. It doesn't drive blind.
