You're speaking as if the words are merely considered tactless, but they are being erased from the language for being considered racist, not for being tactless. I don't know if anyone's been fired yet for saying "master

It's obvious that any system with faulty sandboxing or privilege isolation is quite likely to be insecure. If the default "sandboxing" of Docker allows access to nearly everything of importance on the host, then we can indeed

I'm not an expert in this area, but I've seen plenty of accounts of how Docker can be very insecure. Perhaps it's possible to configure Docker so that it is very secure, but even Google has had people break out of their conta

The article fails to mention the generous 4-6 month severance package that was being offered at the same time as the relocation of the division. Of course a bunch of employees will take the 6 months paid vacation over moving. This is the le

US health care does not even resemble a free market system. Every incentive is perverted by the government, starting with the tax code practically forcing insurance to be tied to employers.

Not that it's a good thing (it's not), but this is the reality we live in thanks to millions of years of evolution. Culture can distort and twist our genetic imperatives, but can never actually roll them back.

In Texas, voting rights are restored automatically upon completion of the sentence. It seems very fair to me. I don't consider it a hardship. I actually feel like it's a benefit to not have to worry about voting in this election.
