They assessed the kit to ensure it was safe to install on British networks, they announced it was safe, and the kit was installed. Further, when America's anti-Huawei panic started HMG were looking for an excuse to ban Huawei kit. If p

Jurors can take notes in the UK but it seems like you need to bring your own writing material. https://news.liverpool.ac.uk/2016/06/21/taking-notes-boosts-...

Western backdoors were not uncovered through FOIA requests either. Huawei kit has been extensively analysed by GCHQ. They found nothing untoward.

I imagine that a randomly chosen judge would, but I don't imagine that the FBI gets their dodgy warrants signed by a randomly chosen judge.

As far as I know, there isn't an official standard for timezone names so you need to define which set of names you are using.

During the pandemic they massively ramped up home delivery and they made loads of money. They seem to be doing OK.

Have you tried walking in Birmingham? Some of the "cycle lanes" here are just a pavement with a sign. There is no separation from pedestrians. And the majority of cyclists (especially Just Eat delivery riders) seem to think it is

From the preceding paragraph: > Personal data are any information which are related to an identified or identifiable natural person. Tesla already knows who you are so any data they capture is personal data.

You are right. In post-war Germany the paying of bribes was made legal and tax deductible. This was successful in reducing bribery.

How are you going to set the temperature of your sample to 20C before you measure it? Freezing point can easily be achieved with an ice bath.

The problem is actually high heat combined with high humidity. Sweating fails to cool you down and you cook. Broiling is very high heat and low humidity.

The vendor is the party you form a contract with. They get liability for product problems. In a store that's the store. On Amazon it might be dropshipper748. This gives stores an incentive not to stock, say, dangerous electronics from

In a store there is only one vendor: the store. For third party sales Amazon insists that they are not the vendor. It's not the same thing.

The supermarket is using its own sales data. Amazon is snooping on the sales data of third parties using their platform.
