Good point - I am getting really excited about some of the new players and ideas in the html5 video space. Just applied for the beta of http://sublimevideo.net/ - very promising, html5 video w/ flash fallback and mobile support.

My process is probably a little different than most, but the first thing I do when I have an idea is jump into photoshop and make a logo. Doesn't matter if it sucks, if I plan on changing it 500 times, if the product name will change, whate

I could see these things getting subpoenoed for divorce hearings... (from the mistress' account of course). Interesting moral thought... I wonder if the creators of this site allow you to have share videos with more than one person?? AKA is

Well... I know the next console game I'm buying. Purchasing this game is like going to a concert with the intent of buying a band's T-shirt simply because it's the only way you KNOW the money will go to the band and not the label. Profit sh

I am in a similar situation.. I consider myself very proficient in PHP (and have been doing it full-time for 2 years since school). Being forced to use one language all the time didn't sit too well with me. Recently, I picked up a few pytho

Looks nice... once suggestion - the first thing I noticed were he rounded corners on the top, and the ~1px of white which looks like it occurred when you cut the background out in photoshop (or whatever). My eyes were drawn to that immediat

If you believe that 50% of the cut is a fair cut, you should add a little more detail about what exactly you are doing to justify this. Maybe mention how complicated the process is to handle on your own, how with many shipments you may neve

Sounds pretty cool... not sure about the 50% cut of refunds though! Sure, it might not add up to a lot in the long run, especially if you don't have too many late packages. But at first glance, seeing that they take 50% of the money they cl

P90X is an ok starting point for people new to fitness, if you can handle the over-the-top fitness narrators on there. But it WILL stop being effective after about 4 months. The reason it gets such rave reviews is that people who never work

Ben, that interactive map that zooms in with all the counties in a state is pretty friggin nifty. Did you make that from scratch with a n ip-to-location data set, or use some kind of location API??

Small suggestion... you should make the vote option text a label. Very annoying when you try and click it but realize you cannot, and are forced to click the actual radio button.

I think it's a great idea! One suggestion I have - It was tough at first glance to tell that the box on the page was an input element. Maybe more of a text box look (no rounded corners) or maybe a button would help.

Wow... you were already in discreet math & shell programming in your first year. I was stuck with calc 1 & 2, and didn't get to touch a unix shell until my second year "networking" class where we spent two months setting up subnets.
