I've been using CalyxOS on a Pixel 4a 5G for like 4 months now and love it. Came from another stock Android phone though, not iOS. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask!

I have the same dream. We just need the connectivity: internet/communications (like via Starlink), and transportation (safe VTOL aircraft for everyone.) Without those things the decentralization of civilization will not be possible.

Just what we need--start spreading our legal monstrosities across the universe! Jokes aside, this is one thing I don't understand about Elon's viewpoints. He's afraid Earth's insanity will destroy itself, which is why we

Will mounting the socket, as the person I replied to suggested, make it use the host's docker daemon?

I'm thinking the same thing. GitLab has shared CI runners that probably do a lot of image pulling. Hopefully they have plans to implement their own docker registry cache.

I was wondering how Docker-in-Docker works, but I couldn't find it dockermented anywhere. If it's using the host's Docker daemon, why do you need to mount the docker socket?

Super easy to run a docker cache proxy: docker run -d -p 6000:5000 \ -e REGISTRY_PROXY_REMOTEURL=https://registry-1.docker.io \ --restart always \ --name registry registry:2 That's it. Now fetch docker im

I'm very happy with the VNote UI, which uses Qt. It's an open source markdown note-taking app. Check out the dark themes.
