If adding mouse/keyboard sounds the main challenge is the variability in sounds, for instance how hard keys are pressed. Also, repetetive sounds, or sounds that are mis-timed to the corresponding action, are worse than no sound at all.

Personally, I find using f.lux and running all screens at 10-20% brightness more pleasant than dark mode. Depending of course on the individual screen, so occasionally it can be higher. And my phone outdoors on a sunny day may very well be

Agreed completely about Venice (and Cinque Terre). Sometimes just a couple of blocks away from the signposted route to San Marco is enough. Also, get out early in the morning, before the heat and the day visitors arrive.

The olympic broadcaster here did that here too, in the thumbnails of finished events, where you would go if you missed it live. A friend (and I would guess plenty more people) mailed them about it and they actually stopped pretty much immed
